Team learning guide

A simple place to begin

Strety at Blossom.

Strety helps us keep priorities, meetings, and follow-up work in one place. This guide shows you where to start and what matters most for your work.

Start here

Get oriented in 15 minutes

Just three things to get comfortable. You do not need to learn every feature at once.

Accept your invitation

Open the Strety invitation in your email and sign in with your Blossom work account. If you cannot find the invitation, ask Corey to resend it.

Watch the Blossom training

Play Corey’s Strety walkthrough above. It shows how Blossom uses the platform and what each team member should keep current.

Find your work

Open your People space and the team spaces you belong to. Look for your assigned to-dos, your team’s agenda, and the Rocks tied to your work.

A simple team rhythm

What to focus on first

Everyone at Blossom can use the same basic rhythm. You only need to keep the parts you own accurate and bring the right information into your team meetings.

Open your team spaceFind the agenda, priorities, and shared work for the team you are part of.
Check your to-dosReview what is assigned to you and keep each due date and status current.
Know the prioritiesLook at your Rocks and scorecard numbers so you can see what is on track.
Come preparedAdd updates before meetings and raise a blocker when you need the team’s help.

Take a look inside

See how the work is organized

These example Strety screens show the main idea: your personal work in one place, and shared team work in another. Your Blossom screens may look a little different.

01 · Your People space

Start with what belongs to you

Look across the tabs for your to-dos, Rocks, scorecard measures, and meeting agendas. This is a helpful home base before you open a team space.

02 · Shared work

See who owns the next step

Team work can be viewed by stage. Open an item to check the owner, due date, and updates before changing a status or bringing it to a meeting.
